Cancellation & Refunds
Information to help you understand your enquiry and travel arrangements.
Before you confirm
Ask for the cancellation, amendment and refund conditions for each arrangement before payment. Hotel rates, transport arrangements, tickets and other services may have different conditions.
If your plans change
Contact the team promptly with your booking reference, traveller name and the change you need. The team will check the agreed terms and available options.
What determines a refund
Eligibility, deductions and processing depend on the terms agreed for your booking and the relevant supplier’s conditions. Do not assume a booking is refundable or changeable unless this has been confirmed in writing.
Confirm the details in writing
Ask the team to confirm any cancellation charges, refundable amount, currency, payment method and expected processing steps for your particular request. This website does not publish a fixed refund percentage or timeline.
