The trip planning form may include dates, group size, preferred experiences, accommodation preferences, budget and notes. Please avoid sending passport scans, payment-card information or other sensitive documents through these forms.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted enquiries are sent to the team by email so we can respond and discuss arrangements. Trip requests may also receive an acknowledgement email. Information needed to arrange a service may need to be shared with the relevant supplier; discuss this with the team before providing additional documents.
Website services
The website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and official travel-information websites. Typefaces and photographs are served with the website. Those services and the hosting provider may process technical information under their own policies. This version of the website does not include an analytics or advertising script.
